Dining in Style!

We are slowly but surely getting to the time of year for sitting in and entertaining friends. I think that dining areas or rooms are just bundled in with the kitchen and they really do deserve their own wow factor. Check out some of our favourite dining areas.

Colourful Dining

It’s no secret that we LOVE colour here at Think Contemporary. Introducing colour into a room can seriously impact on your mood and overall well being, believe it or not. We are generally happier people when we are surrounded by colour.

We love Industrial!

I know that I have mentioned industrial interiors in some of the previous blog posts, but it is hugely on trend at the moment and I really wanted to share some of these amazing dining areas. How amazing is the chandelier in the image above?

Go Mad with Accessories

If you want to inject some personality into your dining room, or any other part of your house, accessories and artwork are a great way to do it. They are less permanent feature and can be moved around or changed easily if you want to move things around down the line.

Edgy Elegance

If you style is a bit more elegant, there are still great ways of introducing some quirkiness and interest. Wallpaper is always a great way to add some interest, whether thats just on one wall or the whole room. But I just love the use of these top hat pendants. Very cool……

Mismatched!

Why not try mismatching your furniture? Mixing and matching different furniture or chairs can add character to you dining room. And the great thing is, vintage or second hand chairs can work fantastically here, so you don’t need to spend a fortune to achieve it. 🙂

I really hope that you like this weeks post, and if you need some advice or a little more inspiration, you can contact me at [email protected]
