Nestled within a striking Georgian façade on Harcourt Street, the Office Suites Club offers a refined take on serviced office solutions. Following the success of our initial collaboration in 2018, we were invited to reimagine the basement level which was an opportunity to depart from the traditional elegance of the upper floors and explore a more intimate, immersive design narrative. For this phase, we envisioned a space that evoked the exclusivity and warmth of a 1970s private members’ club. The mood is decidedly retro-luxe: plush velvets, dramatic marbles, and warm, tactile finishes converge to form a rich, inviting atmosphere that contrasts yet complements the building’s historic bones. The reimagined lower ground now hosts a series of multifunctional spaces including a generous boardroom, private office, and multiple snug-style meeting zones. Designed to serve the entire building, we discreetly integrated essential amenities such as lockers, coffee docks, and service areas. These ensured practicality without compromising aesthetic integrity. Delivered on time and within budget, the project exemplifies a harmonious balance of heritage, function, and contemporary character.
