Office Interior Design

Clarity, confidence, and workplaces shaped with intent.

Many of our clients come to us with a clear standard for how their workplace should feel and perform. They understand the importance of design, but what they need is not more ideas. They need a trusted partner to bring direction, make informed decisions, and deliver it properly.

As an office interior design studio based in Dublin and working across Ireland, we provide a structured, design led approach that turns early thinking into a clear and deliverable outcome. We bring alignment to space planning, brand, and day to day function, resolving complexity so the workplace feels considered, cohesive and easy to use. The result is an environment that supports how your team works, reflects your business with confidence, and stands up to the demands of daily use.

Working With Us

We work with businesses to translate early ideas into workplaces that feel considered, functional and aligned with how your team operates. From spatial planning and workflow to materials, lighting and final detailing, every element is resolved so the space supports performance as well as appearance.

Our approach is design led and knowledge driven, combining creative thinking with technical understanding. We guide decision making, minimise risk, and ensure each element works in context with the next. The result is an office interior design project that feels clear, cohesive and fully thought through from first concept to completion.

"Great design isn’t about having good taste — it’s about knowing how to bring it all together.” - Joanne Kelly, Creative Director

Our Process

1. Discovery Call

We begin with a focused conversation to understand how your business operates, what your team needs, and what the workplace needs to support. We discuss scope, timelines and investment, but more importantly, we establish whether we are the right partner to guide the project. You leave with a clear understanding of how the process will move forward.

2. Concept Design

This is where direction is defined.

We explore spatial planning, workflow, and the overall feel of the environment, aligning the design with your brand and how your team works day to day. Ideas are tested and refined until there is a clear and coherent approach. Early visuals and 3D studies allow you to see the space taking shape, so decisions feel informed and assured.

3. Design Development

With the concept agreed, we move into detail.

Every element is developed and documented, from technical drawings and specifications to finishes, furniture and key design elements. Selections are made in context, ensuring consistency across the workplace and avoiding disjointed decisions. This stage removes uncertainty, allowing the project to progress into construction with clarity, reducing risk and avoiding costly changes later.

4. Construction & Fit Out

As the project moves on site, we remain closely involved through to completion.

We work alongside the contractor and specialist teams, monitoring progress and resolving details as they arise, ensuring the design is delivered as intended. Once construction is complete, we oversee the final installation and refinement of the space, so everything is in place and working as it should. The result is a workplace that feels resolved, functional and ready to support your team from day one.

It was a pleasure working with Think Contemporary on the design of Tourism Ireland’s new office. Relocating was a stressful process in itself, but your team made the transition feel smooth and well managed from start to finish. The level of detail brought to the design stage ensured accurate cost planning and contributed to a seamless delivery on site. Your guidance throughout the works was invaluable, and your ability to coordinate effectively with our architects and builders made the entire process clear, efficient and easy to navigate. We had complete confidence in your oversight at every stage and always felt informed and supported. Professional, responsive, attentive and genuinely enjoyable to work with.

Have You Considered?

Functionality & Spatial Planning

Before any design begins, map how your team operates day to day. Where do people need focus versus collaboration, how often are meeting rooms really used, what teams need proximity to each other. Many projects default to trends or assumptions, which leads to underused spaces and friction in daily use. A short internal audit or staff consultation early on will prevent costly reworking later.

Electrical & IT Strategy

Power, data and AV are often treated as secondary, but they are one of the hardest things to correct once installed. Think through desk layouts, meeting room tech, screen locations, charging points and future flexibility from the outset. Underestimating this leads to visible cabling, poorly placed floor boxes and expensive retrofits.

Decision Making & Approvals

Office projects stall when decisions are delayed or too many stakeholders are involved without clear responsibility. Agree early on who signs off on layouts, budgets and finishes, and set realistic timelines for approvals. A clear decision structure keeps the project moving and avoids rushed or compromised choices later.

Growth Planning

Designing only for your current team size or structure can date the space quickly. Consider how the office might need to adapt over the next three to five years. Flexible layouts, modular furniture and adaptable meeting spaces allow the workplace to evolve without requiring a full redesign.
