CUSTOM Design
We work closely with our clients during the brief development in order to gain a full understanding of the requirements. Carrying through this knowledge and liaising with the full design team, we will work on the concept design, the interior architecture, implement the interior spatial planning of the space and ensure all aspects of the design are fully compliant with current building regulations.
CONCEPTS
Once the concept design is approved, we develop a full set of tender drawings for your project, detailing up all aspects of the design. This is a roadmap for the full design team or your contractor and will allow them to price the project accurately. Once a contractor has been appointed, we will produce a full set of construction drawings, which includes all technical drawings, specifications and documentation.
